Long Hammer Glazed Habanero Shrimp

Ingredients

Marinade
6 oz. REDHOOK Long Hammer IPA
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Zest of one lime
Zest of one orange
1 jalapeno, sliced (with seeds)
1/2 habanero, sliced (with seeds)
1/2 oz. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 red onion, sliced
3 tbsp. avocado oil

3 dozen peeled, deveined shrimp
12 wooden skewers

Steps
1.) Combine all ingredients for marinade.
2.) Add shrimp, mix well & marinate 1 hour.
3.) Remove shrimp, cook on hot grill for 2 min. on each side (or until cooked through).
4.) Chill one hour.
5.) Assemble 3 chilled shrimp on each skewer.
6.) Serve with avocado aioli & pickled jalapenos
