ESBleu Cheese Dressing
4 cups
Ingredients
2 cups mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
2 tbsp. very finely minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. fresh pressed garlic
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup REDHOOK ESB
Steps
1.) In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
2.) Pulse until ingredients are mixed and cheese chunks are slightly broken.
3.) Cover & refrigerate for up to 10 days.
4.) Great served on salads, aside hot wings, or with vegetable sticks.
