Beer Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. chilled butter
3 tbsp. chilled shortening
REDHOOK Slim Chance

Steps
1.) Preheat oven to 400°.
2.) Mix the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
3.) Cut the butter & shortening into small pieces & add them.
4.) Blend the flour & fat until the mixture resembles a coarse meal.
5.) Make a well in the center & pour in some REDHOOK Slim Chance. Stir until evenly moistened.
6.) Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.
7.) Knead for about 30 seconds, until dough comes together.
8.) Roll out with a rolling pin to 1/2 inch thick.
9.) Dip the rim of a pint glass in flour & use it to cut biscuit circles.
10.) Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
11.) Serve hot.
