Pacific Grill’s Poinsettia

Ingredients
½ cups pomegranate juice
1 oz. citrus flavored vodka
½ oz. Cointreau liquor starfruit or orange slices for garnish


Serving Size: 1


Method
• Combine the liquids in a cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice
• Shake until the shaker is frosted and you can name all of the reindeer
• Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of starfruit [pretty!] or orange [practical!]


Options:
• If you like your cocktails on the sweet side, increase the amount of pomegranate juice.
• A nice taste twist can be made by using pomegranate-tangerine juice. This can be found in the Organic section of most local grocery stores.
• If bubbles tickle your fancy, add a splash of champagne or soda just before serving.
