It is that time of year again, when Pacific Grill rolls out the new menus for the season. Look for some new delicious dishes including a Winter Citrus Salad with Oro Blanco Grapefruit, avocado, goat cheese, chicken, hazelnuts & grapefruit champagne-vinaigrette; Lacquered Duck Confit with shrimp fried rice; Beef & Brew Pot Roast with Stout & Cheddar Mashed Potatoes; a Wintery Shellfish Chowder; a Kobe Top Sirloin; Grilled Angus New York with Mac Daddy Mac & Cheese; and Gordon's personal favorite-- Godzilla Ramen!
