Thick sliced brioche dipped in a spiced batter and baked until golden; paired with a vanilla whipped mascarpone and fig maple syrup
Crème fraiche and wild mushroom scrambled eggs served with house made fennel sausage and grilled bread
House smoked Kurobuta pork belly, thick cut Roma tomatoes, fried egg and fresh mozzarella pressed in brioche; served with a mixed green salad
Frittata con Formaggio de Capra
Goat cheese and melted leek frittata served with a butternut squash hash and arugula
Hand made agnolotti filled with braised pork shoulder, savoy cabbage and Reggiano; finished with chive butter
